"We have stated our readiness to unilaterally return the bodies of Armenian soldiers through the International Committee of the Red Cross."
The statement came from Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, on Twitter.
"Since October 18, our appeals have not been answered by Armenia. "With this ignorance, Armenia is trying to hide its real military losses from the Armenian people," Hajiyev said.
