There are a number of requirements for this.
It is interesting that those who want to work voluntarily are required to know the Azerbaijani language. Thus, the souls must know Russian, English and Azerbaijani languages (in the worst case, at least one of them - S.M.) in writing.
It was also noted that there is a need for specialists who are fluent in Azerbaijani. Armenian volunteers are also required to be able to follow foreign media, work on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, VKontakte and Odnoklassniki. Volunteers must be at work every day from 12:00 to 18:00.
In fact, the reason why Armenians need Azerbaijani-speaking volunteers is clear. Thus, they are trying to spread misinformation and fake news on Azerbaijani social networks.
