Aide to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev also reacted to the video on the use of children in the Armenian Armed Forces.
He shared a video on Twitter about a child being used in an artillery barrage, pointing to UNICEF and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
"The video shows that Armenia is using child soldiers. Needs to be investigated.
The recruitment and use of children under the age of 15 for military service is prohibited by international humanitarian law, treaty and customary law, and is a war crime by the International Criminal Court.
