The statement came from spokesman for the Baku Main Police Office, Major Elshad Hajiyev, speaking on Araz FM radio.
He said that along with the 102 Service-Call Center of the Interior Ministry, it is important to inform the police officers serving in the area:
"This is one of the most important issues for the security of each of us. Everyone should be more sensitive to the current situation and follow the rules. As a society, we must understand our responsibility. Relevant documents must be submitted to the police officers during the inspection at the command posts related to the martial law regime. Persons who are not allowed to move shall be suspended and measures shall be taken against them in accordance with the legislation. This is a national issue. Karabakh is Azerbaijan.
