President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order conferring the highest military rank on Hikmet Mirzayev.
According to the order, Major General Hikmet Izzet oglu Mirzayev was awarded the highest military rank of Lieutenant General.
It should be noted that Hikmet Mirzayev is the commander of the Special Forces.
On October 4, Ilham Aliyev congratulated Hikmet Mirzayev and his staff on the liberation of the city of Jabrayil and nine villages in the region.
