"As a result of the Armenian attacks, about 40 schools were destroyed in the regions."
The statement came from Education Minister Emin Amrullayev at a briefing, Gadin.Net reports.
The Minister noted that as a result of the Armenian attacks, three students were killed and 15 were injured.
"Some civilians have died as a result of these deliberate crimes committed by Armenia. 1221 educational institutions transferred their activities to distance education.
In the current situation, we believe that the Azerbaijani army is responding to the enemy. We are confident that after the completion of the process, educational institutions will resume their activities.
