"Send 100 bodies every day, do not inform their families about it" - Armenian correspondence seized

The State Security Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has received e-mails between the government agencies of the enemy and the occupying country of Armenia.
NUHCHIKHAN News Agency reports that this was reported by the State Security Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
It was stated that two letters sent to the Armenian Defense Minister on October 5, 2020 by Alexander Ghazaryan, Head of the Office for Reception and Appeal of Citizens of the Armenian Government, reflected the deplorable situation in the army of the occupying country.
The first letter was written at the request of the soldier's parents regarding the arbitrariness in the Armenian army. We present this letter:
"We were contacted by Gayane Balayan, who lives at 14 Ashot Yerkat, Lori Bird Community, Lori Province. He said that his son Henri Balayan was called up for compulsory military service on October 1 in the training battalion of the military unit 13516 of the Ministry of Defense. He went to the army voluntarily. But he was constantly beaten in the military unit. No action was taken by his commanders. In this regard, at our initiative, the MTC conducted an investigation and found out that Senior Lieutenant Arsen Hovhannisyan beat the soldiers several times, and as a result, two soldiers committed suicide.
They also talked to the doctor of the military unit, who confirmed this information. The doctor also said that Arsen Hovhannisyan did not allow soldiers with fever and sweating to go to the medical center. It should be noted that Henri Balayan is ill and his condition has worsened over the past two days. Nevertheless, it was decided to take him to Karabakh. The soldiers fear that Arsen Hovhannisyan may use the war in Karabakh to kill them.
Their families send us many letters about it. Please investigate the situation of the soldiers and then decide to send them to Karabakh. Do not send Arsen Hovhannisyan to Karabakh. Carry out research on the information and send information about the results within seven days.

The second letter states that the parents were not informed about the soldiers who died in the war:
"On the instructions of the Prime Minister, the bodies of soldiers killed in Karabakh were brought to the city of Gorus. But now it is impossible to identify them. It has already been decided to bring them to Yerevan. Please do not give any information to the families of the dead soldiers. If we find out their identities, we will inform you about it. Until then, send 100 bodies every day. Military personnel should not be informed about this issue. The transportation will be carried out by the police on the instructions of the Prime Minister.
