Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar made a statement on the recent attacks on civilians in Ganja and other Azerbaijani cities by Armenia.
Akar's speech was published on the Twitter page of the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.
"Armenia has already made this aggression a habit. The Armenian leadership continues its arbitrariness. They do not respect international law or human values. They will be accountable to both history and international law, "Akar said.
