Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu had a telephone conversation.

During the talks, defense and security issues, Armenia's attack on Azerbaijan were discussed.
It was noted that the Turkish minister stressed the need for Armenia to end the attacks on civilian settlements in violation of the ceasefire and expel them from the occupied territories.
