Semyon Vladimirovich Pegov, a citizen of the Russian Federation, born in 1985, entered into criminal relations with persons in Armenia and the occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan and joined a criminal group to determine the internationally recognized state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan in violation of the Law on State Border and the Migration Code. There are well-founded suspicions that he entered the city of Khankendi and other occupied settlements without the necessary documents and outside the checkpoints of the state border, ie illegally crossing the territory of Armenia.
In addition, Semyon Pegov allegedly filmed in support of the so-called Artsakh regime, which was established by the Republic of Armenia as a result of military aggression and national discrimination in the occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He interviewed members of an illegal terrorist group in our territories and shared numerous videos on his Internet resources. grounds for suspicion have been identified.
The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan initiated a criminal case under Articles 214-2 (open incitement to terrorism), 281.1 (open incitement against the state) and 318.2 (illegal crossing of the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
