Foreign Minister: "Negotiations will be held only between Armenia and Azerbaijan"

"We are expressing our position both on the battlefield and at the diplomatic level to achieve results."
The statement came from Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a briefing on the latest situation on the frontline today.
He said that the first condition, along with forcing the Armenian side to agree to a humanitarian ceasefire, is to reaffirm the basic principles of the conflict:
"Shortly after the ceasefire, he undertook to hold substantive talks on basic principles. These are the principles that Armenia refused to accept for a year. Our success on the battlefield forced them to do so.

If you remember, Armenia put forward seven famous conditions. The most irritating point between them was the desire of the so-called DGR to join the negotiation process. However, in this document, the Armenian side was forced to keep the format of the negotiation process unchanged.

This means that a third party cannot interfere in the negotiations. Negotiations will be held between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This point is clearly reflected in this document. "
