The foreign ministers of the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan and Armenia adopted a joint document after consultations in Moscow.
The statement came from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, TASS reports.
According to him, a ceasefire will be declared on October 10, 2020 at 12:00 in accordance with the criteria of the International Committee of the Red Cross and through the mediation to exchange the bodies of prisoners and other detainees, as well as the dead:
"Specific parameters of the ceasefire will be agreed in addition."
