Thus, in order to confirm that Turkish soldiers are fighting on the Azerbaijani side in the Karabakh war, Azerbaijani users are sent voice recordings in Turkish via Messenger, as well as video calls. Those who make these calls identify themselves as Turkish citizens and try to get information from the other party.
The Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies asks citizens not to answer messages and calls from strangers. Let them check the accuracy of the information from official sources.
