"We have established that PKK terrorists fighting by Armenia in Karabakh have contacts with their centers in northern Iraq."
The statement came from Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkey Khazar Ibrahim during a speech at the panel "Karabakh yesterday, today and tomorrow" held by Gazi University.
In his speech, Khazar Ibrahim also drew attention to the issue of Turkey's support for Azerbaijan:
"The moral support of the brotherly Turkish nation is enough for us. I hope we will all sing together in the liberated lands of Karabakh. "
Our ambassador to Turkey also said that Armenia received support from PKK terrorists on the frontline:
"The bodies of PKK terrorists are among the neutralized Armenian soldiers. While the fight against terrorism is normal for Western countries, when it comes to us, this situation is perceived abnormally by the international community. Only brotherly Turkey supports us in this matter. "
The ambassador also said that as a result of the fighting, Armenian soldiers were forced to drop their weapons and flee.
"When they realize that they have lost the war, they use rockets to target civilian areas and try to undermine our morale. Those who attacked us fired missiles not only from Karabakh, but also from within the borders of Armenia. As Armenia is not strong enough, it is looking to involve major powers in this event.
