Irish historian and political analyst Patrick Walsh told APA's British bureau.
He said that Armenia wants Azerbaijan to respond to them and Russia to get rid of their foolish situation.
Walsh noted that Armenia is trying to bring the war to the regional level in order to avoid defeat in Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Armenian attacks on civilians should be strongly condemned by the international community," said the political analyst.
