The statement came from Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his Facebook account.
"The situation is very difficult in some areas. I do not hide it, "Pashinyan said.
He called on those who were deported a year ago to join the army:
"Our legislation does not allow them to be mobilized, even in times of war, but I urge you to mobilize."
