Aide to the President, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev said that Armenia, a terrorist state, should be held responsible for the attack on Azerbaijani civilians.
Sharing this on Twitter, Hajiyev said that the intensive missile and shell attacks of Armenia against Ganja, Mingachevir, Barda, Tartar and other major cities of Azerbaijan are a state terror aimed at killing civilians. The political and military leadership of Armenia must be responsible for this. "
He shared a video about the Ganja market, which was destroyed as a result of attacks by the Armenian armed forces.
The presidential aide shared the following note:
"Armenian armed forces fired on the central market of Ganja. How can the market have military significance? These indiscriminate rocket attacks were carried out solely to cause mass casualties among the civilian population. State terrorism against Armenian civilian Azerbaijanis continues.
