Farid Shafiyev, chairman of the International Relations Analysis Center, shared a map on his Twitter account showing Armenia's missile strikes on various parts of Azerbaijan.
"Targeting civilian infrastructure, including water resources, from the territory of Armenia is a potential catastrophe and contradicts the Geneva Convention. This is done to create provocation and then to involve third parties in the conflict, "Farid Shafiyev said.
