"These actions of Armenia are part of the policy of aggression and military occupation against Azerbaijan that has lasted for more than 30 years."
The statement came from Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Gadin.Net reports.
He said that the order to fire was given by Araik Harutyunyan, who called himself the head of the so-called regime:
"I want to tell him that Araik Artunyan, you are not on the front line, you were hiding in a bunker. The Azerbaijani Armed Forces found you in the bunker and you were seriously injured as a result of accurate shots. Araik Artunyan was punished for these crimes against Ganja and other cities of Azerbaijan. Like him, other war criminals will receive their deserved answers
