Our army destroyed $ 1.2 billion worth of Armenian military equipment

In just four days, our army's strikes on the enemy destroyed more than $ 1.2 billion worth of military equipment and ammunition.

According to the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication, Armenia's fiscal capabilities are not ready for an expensive and protracted resource war.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the amount of military spending in the state budget in 2020 is about $ 634 million. According to the Global FirePower military-analytical center, Armenia's total military budget is $ 1.385 billion.

In just four days, the Azerbaijani army destroyed twice the budget allocated by the enemy to the military, and the entire military budget.

Thus, from the morning of September 27 to September 30, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces will deliver about 200 enemy tanks and other armored vehicles, 228 artillery pieces, rocket launchers, mortars, 30 air defense devices. , 6 command-and-control and command-observation posts, 5 ammunition depots, more than 110 vehicles, 1 S-300 anti-aircraft missile system were destroyed.

In addition, two Armenian SU-25 fighter jets crashed into a mountain and were destroyed. The cost of destroyed S-300 systems varies from about 115 million to 160 million US dollars, depending on the type.

Also, according to Deagel, the weapons in the arsenal of Armenia belong to the PMU1 modification of S-300s. The cost of these modifications is estimated at 160 million US dollars, and the cost of one missile is more than 1 million US dollars.

The SU-25 is also valued at $ 11 million. In addition, the total cost of about 200 T-72s and their various modifications in the arsenal of the enemy and destroyed is about $ 300 million.

Military experts note that Osa complexes dominate among the destroyed air defense systems of Armenia. The cost of one of these weapons varies between 20-25 million US dollars.

Given the above, in the current situation, the enemy is not expected to last long in the resource war. The new economic conditions brought by the pandemic have already aggravated the economic situation in the country. In this regard, the country has no additional opportunities to wage a long-term resource war.
