The statement came from Yevgeny Prigogine, head of the private military company Wagner, one of Russian President Vladimir Putin's closest aides, Demokrat.az reports. Known as a friend of Vladimir Putin, Yevgeny Prigogine supported the steps taken by Azerbaijan to restore its territorial integrity. He also said that the Armenian leadership has no right to offend Russia: Nagorno-Karabakh is a historical territory of Azerbaijan.
