The presidents of Russia, the United States and France have adopted a statement on Nagorno-Karabakh.

The statement said:
"President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, President of the United States Donald Trump and President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron, representing the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, strongly condemn the escalation of violence on the line of contact in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.
We mourn the victims and offer our condolences to them and the families of the injured.
We call for an immediate cessation of hostilities between the armed forces of the parties.
We also call on the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan to commit to the immediate resumption of negotiations through the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs in good faith and without preconditions. "
