"The Armenian side has spread another false information about the shelling of the civilian population in the settlements of Hadrut and Khojavend by the Azerbaijani Army."
The Defense Ministry issued a statement in this regard. It was stated that, unlike the Armenian army, the Azerbaijani Army strikes not at the civilian population, but only at military facilities:
"Our units fired on the headquarters of the 18th Motorized Rifle Division of the Armenian Armed Forces in the enemy-occupied settlement of Hadrut, the infrastructure of the 1st Motorized Rifle Regiment under it and the headquarters of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Regiment in Khojavend."
