"Currently, we are experiencing difficulties in higher education institutions due to the problem of the Internet."
The statement came from Education Minister Emin Amrullayev at a briefing, Gadin.Net reports.
He noted that distance education in universities has been suspended:
"According to the plan, distance education will be provided this semester until the end of this calendar year."
"From October 1, first-year students who apply this year can apply to higher education institutions, they will be provided with acquaintance with the issues of higher education," he said.
