According to the report, there was a conflict with the accused Wang Yun's colleague Sun. The woman decided to take revenge and added sodium nitrite to the children's porridge. As a result, 25 children were hospitalized with poisoning, and one of them died.
The investigation also revealed that this was not the first time Wang Yun had taken such a step.
In 2017, a woman had an argument with her husband. Then he bought sodium nitrite from the Internet and added it to its water. Although the man was poisoned after drinking this water, there were no serious complications in his body.
The court said the woman was well aware that sodium nitrite could be dangerous to humans, but nevertheless used it twice.
According to the report, Wang Yun knew that many children would eat the poisoned porridge, but this did not stop him.
