The organizers of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict arrived in Khankendi from Armenia

The instigators of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict have arrived in Khankendi, including former Armenian President Robert Kocharian, former Chief of Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Yuri Khachaturov and former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan.
According to Qadin.Net, this was reported by Vestikavkaza.ru.
According to the source, Kocharyan's chief of staff Viktor Soghomonyan confirmed that he had gone to Nagorno-Karabakh.
Kocharyan, who took an active part in the military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh in Armenia in the 1990s, believes that the experience of the so-called "NKR" regime created by Yerevan can teach "army commanders" something.
According to the source, Armenia launched an attack on Azerbaijani territory on Sunday, September 27, at 5:00 Moscow time. In order to quell the conflict and ensure the safety of the civilian population, the Azerbaijani army conducted a counter-offensive, destroying enemy military equipment, military infrastructure and manpower. So far, seven villages of Jabrayil and Fizuli regions and Murovdagh heights have been liberated from occupation, and the main heights around Talysh village have been captured.
