Another civilian killed as a result of Armenian aggression: 33 injured - OFFICIAL

So far, a total of 33 civilians have been hospitalized with various injuries.
The Prosecutor General's Office issued a statement in this regard.
In addition, as a result of the enemy's shelling of civilian facilities, 65 houses, five civilian facilities were damaged, and many small and large animals were killed:
"We note with deep sorrow that as a result of another heavy artillery shelling of the Azerbaijani civilian population, on September 29, 2020, at about 13:00, a resident of Garadagli village, Aghdam region, was shot in the head by a 1997 resident. Elmaddin Humbat oglu Sariyev was killed, the building of the station collapsed and residents were evacuated.

In connection with the fact, the Aghdam District Prosecutor's Office filed a complaint under Article 120.2.1 (intentional homicide by a criminal organization), Article 120.2.4 (intentional homicide with special cruelty or general danger), 120.2.12 (national, racial, Criminal proceedings have been instituted under Articles 100.2 (premeditated murder with intent to commit religious hatred or enmity), 100.2 (aggressive warfare), 186.3 (deliberate destruction or damage to property, especially with large-scale damage) and others.

At present, the prosecutor's office is carrying out all possible investigative measures in combat conditions, including the appointment of relevant expertise to determine the severity of injuries, as well as the amount of damage to civilian infrastructure.

The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan is taking necessary measures to ensure that servicemen of the Armenian armed forces who have committed various crimes are brought to justice and punished in accordance with international law.
