"On September 27, the Armenian armed forces launched an aggression against Azerbaijan. As a result of the ongoing fighting, 10 civilians were killed.
The statement came from Leyla Abdullayeva, head of the Foreign Ministry's press service, at a briefing at the Foreign Ministry.
According to him, 30 people were injured:
"There are teenagers among the dead and injured."
Abdullayeva said that the Armenian Armed Forces violated the ceasefire and launched another aggression against Azerbaijan.
"Tartar, Aghdam, Goranboy and Naftalan regions of Azerbaijan came under artillery fire from Armenia. "Armenia, in gross violation of the requirements of the Geneva Convention, knowingly targets and fires on the civilian population and civilian infrastructure."
