Scientists have revealed a factor that reduces the risk of death from coronavirus

Researchers at Boston University School of Medicine found that patients with COVID-19 with normal levels of vitamin D had lower mortality and morbidity.
According to Qadin.Net, this was reported by PLOS ONE magazine.
The study authors found that patients over the age of 40 with normal levels of vitamin D in their blood were 51.5 percent less likely to die than those with vitamin D deficiency.
Research has shown that enough vitamin D helps prevent possible complications and, ultimately, death.
