Cabinet of Ministers "Rules for admission of bachelors to secondary special education institutions, sub-bachelors of higher education institutions to the bachelor's degree (basic (basic higher) medical education), as well as transfer of persons who have not completed bachelor's (basic (basic higher) medical education) to secondary special education institutions" has changed.
The decision was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, Gadin.Net reports.
The Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 59-VIQD of April 24, 2020 stipulates that persons who have graduated from higher technical vocational education and received a sub-bachelor's degree are equated with sub-bachelors who have completed secondary special education.
In these Rules, "sub-bachelors" means persons who have received a "sub-bachelor" professional degree at the level of secondary special education or higher technical vocational education in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Education".
When sub-bachelors are admitted to the bachelor's degree (basic higher) medical education of higher education institutions, they have the right to choose the specialties corresponding to the language of education only at the level of secondary special education or higher technical vocational education.
