According to him, most wedding palaces function as restaurants:

Wedding palaces with cafes and restaurants got acquainted with the controlled issues. This will make it easier to meet those requirements in wedding halls, where weddings are allowed. He noted that when weddings are allowed, he will hold awareness-raising events with all wedding halls on pre-prepared methodological guidelines and decisions.
