According to the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated September 5, 2018, the proactive appointment of pensions in our country began in early 2019.
As a continuation of the e-appointment process, in January-August this year, 10,113 people (88% of those who received an old-age pension in the same period) were granted an old-age pension electronically.
Thus, the appointment of old-age pensions is provided in a transparent and efficient manner, without the need for official-citizen contact and the collection of relevant documents by citizens and their submission to the relevant authority.
