 In the Czech Republic, the lower house of parliament has amended the law to protect animals from violence in circuses.
According to Gadin.Net, this was reported by the local newspaper Ekolist.
In the third reading, the Chamber of Deputies voted on amendments to the Law "On protection of animals from cruelty." The proposed changes apply, in particular, to the training of wild animals in circuses, ”the statement said.
In addition to dolphins, the country has banned the use of some species of wild animals born after 2004 - monkeys, rhinos, giraffes.
