The number of those who do not want to send their children to school has been announced
Parents of 1.26 percent of primary school students in Azerbaijan refused to send their children to school by signing a commitment form.
The statement came from the Ministry of Education in response to a request from Report, Qadin.Net reports quoting axşam.az.
It was noted that the attendance of students in full-time and distance education is monitored on a daily basis, no decrease is observed:
"According to information received from local education authorities, 1.26 percent of primary school students have signed a form of commitment."
It should be noted that the guidelines sent to schools a few days ago did not allow parents to bring their children to school during the pandemic if their schoolchildren or other family members had any complaints about respiratory problems, fever, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, COVID-19. He promised to inform the school administration about the situation.
The guideline also states that if a parent considers a child's visit to a general education institution during a pandemic to be dangerous to his or her health, he or she will make a written commitment to watch TV, attend virtual classes, complete assignments on time, and learn independently.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, students on the level of primary education in general education institutions (grades I-IV) go to school from September 15.
Also, classes started on September 15, 2020 in special schools, special boarding schools, general boarding schools, integrated boarding schools, integrated boarding schools, general boarding schools for children deprived of parental care.
