In fact, the historical truth is distorted and unfounded and unsubstantiated allegations are made that Arsak, one of the 12 provinces of ancient Albania, which is an integral part of the history of Azerbaijan, allegedly belonged to the Armenians. However, as many historians (M. Kalankatuklu, AABakikhanov, Z. Bunyadov, F. Mammadova, G. Geybullayev, etc.) have proved, Arsak is a place and a name that belongs entirely to ancient Azerbaijan, and many history of Azerbaijan by the occupying neighbors. Like place names, the attempt to appropriate this name is just an example of historical falsification.
