The area called "Bazar" in Sheki, where a mass infection with the coronavirus was registered, was closed.
The operative headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers issued a statement in this regard.
It was noted that the purpose of closing the market is to carry out preventive disinfection in the coming days.

A mass coronavirus infection was registered in the area called "Bazar" in Sheki.
This was reported by the Medical Territorial Units Management Association (MEDIA).
The coronavirus test was positive in 13 of the test samples taken in the area called "Bazar" from September 1 to date:
"An investigation is underway. Additional information on the epidemiological situation will be provided to the public. Preventive and anti-epidemic work is being carried out to stabilize the epidemiological situation in Sheki.
It was noted that in the current situation, given that the source of infection is the market, the issue of temporary closure of the market for preventive disinfection can be considered in the coming days.
