According to Qadin.Net, Turkish actress Hande Ercel took the first place.
Actress Fahriya Evcen took the 8th place.
The list also includes such celebrities as Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Emma Watson, Kristen Stewart, Priyanka Chopra.
