The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation proposes to introduce a fixed advance payment for migrants coming to work in the country.
According to Gadin.Net, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the concept of a new federal bill on migration, prepared by the ministry.
It is estimated that foreign citizens will have the right to work on the basis of an electronic patent, regardless of the rules of entry into Russia, as well as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
Foreigners must pay personal income tax in the form of a fixed advance.
An entrepreneur wishing to hire a migrant must register it in his / her personal account.
If the personal income tax is not paid in the form of a fixed advance, it is planned to send a notice to the person with a request to pay the tax within 15 days. If a fixed advance is refused, the foreigner will be banned from working in Russia. It is not ruled out that the person will be deported from the country.
