This was stated by the chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center Maleyka Abbaszade.
The chairman said that after the placement, when accepting people, it became clear that they did not keep in mind the school and faculty they chose:
"It simply came to our notice then. I ask parents to be responsible in such moments.
They should not make these choices if they cannot afford to send their children to another city to study and pay tuition fees. ”
