The list of diseases for which the COVID-19 vaccine is strictly prohibited has been made public.
Doctor of Medical Sciences, immunologist Vladislav Jemchugov spoke about this, Gadin.Net reports citing publika.az.
A specialist told Vechernaya Moskva that people with inflammation, autoimmune diseases, lupus erythematosus and systemic blood diseases should not be vaccinated. This includes some types of cancer.
According to him, if the disease is fought, the patient's immune system will already be active. Therefore, an additional effect to activate the immune system can only be equivalent to an adverse effect. Therefore, all these issues related to vaccination should be decided by the patient's doctor.
Anatoly Altshey, a professor at the Gamaleya National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, also advised people suffering from fever and allergic reactions not to be vaccinated.
