Measures are being taken to gradually ease the special quarantine regime applied in the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with coronavirus (COVID-19) infection from August 5, 2020, in some areas.
According to the operative headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the sanitary-epidemiological situation, the passenger traffic of the Baku Metro will be resumed on September 14, 2020 at 06:00.
Due to the non-operation of public transport on Saturdays and Sundays until September 30, 2020, from 19:00 on September 19 to 06:00 on September 21 and from 00:00 on September 26 to September 28 The metro will be closed until 06:00.
In accordance with the "Guidelines for the prevention of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in public transport", appropriate measures were taken in the metropolitan area to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection and protect the health of passengers.
Taking into account the current sanitary-epidemiological situation and to prevent new cases of the virus, citizens are asked to follow the requirements of the existing quarantine regime and medical-prophylactic rules.
