British scientists have found a way to calculate the chances of survival of a patient infected with the coronavirus.
According to Qadin.Net, this was reported by The Mirror.
Scientists believe that this method can save the lives of many patients, because in this way it is possible to choose an individual method of treatment.
The "risk assessment tool" is to divide patients into four groups. In the first category, the risk of death is observed in one in every hundred cases. In the latter category, this figure may even rise to 62.
Specialists used indicators such as age, gender, previous illnesses, respiratory rate and the results of two blood tests to determine the level of risk.
