The Ministry of Education has developed instructions on ensuring social distance in educational institutions.
Gadin.Net reports that, according to the instruction, taking into account the beginning of the process of teaching and training on the level of primary education in general education institutions of the country from September 15, 2020, the heads of educational institutions in connection with maintaining social distance must be provided by:
Students (possibly with their parents) should stand on the ground stop signs in order to maintain social distance in the school yard;
Depending on the number of students, staff should be separated and assigned to classes in order to maintain social distance in the yard and regulate the process of school enrollment in turn;
At the entrance to the school, each student's temperature should be measured and if the temperature is below 37.1 degrees, the student should be directed to the classroom, if the temperature is higher than specified, the school doctor should instruct the parent immediately and the student should return.
In order to maintain social distance, the requirements for stop signs in the school yard say that the size (diameter) of stop signs drawn in accordance with the number of students and the school yard can be in the form of a circle, square, straight line. Stop signs should be painted white or lime. The distance between the stop signs must be at least two meters.
If the school building (buildings) has more than one entrance door, then the entrance doors should be coded with the appropriate letters (A, B, C, etc.) and stop signs should be placed in front of each entrance to ensure social distance. This process is recommended for high-density schools, taking into account the number of electric heat meters. If such an option is used, parents must be notified in advance of which entrance the student will enter.
Requirements for parents are that in order to maintain social distance, parents must stand next to their children on the ground stop signs. After the child enters the school entrance, parents must leave the school yard.
It is not allowed for students and parents to gather and take pictures in the school yard without keeping social distance.
The head of the educational institution will supervise the implementation of the above-mentioned issues in accordance with the existing rules and instructions. Disciplinary measures will be taken against the heads of institutions who do not follow the relevant rules during the monitoring carried out by the relevant structural units of the Ministry of Education to monitor the process.
