The Interior Ministry appealed to residents of the capital: Put on a mask

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Main State Traffic Police Department appealed to the participants of public transport using medical masks.
According to GDIN.Net, some drivers and passengers have not been wearing respiratory masks on the city bus routes in Baku recently, as well as overcrowding on buses. The fact that passengers are in close contact with each other without waiting for a distance increases their risk of contracting coronavirus (COVID-19) infection en masse, and the reasons for the increase in the number of infections in the country in the last few days are likely to be related to this factor:

"In order to prevent these cases, the Main Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs once again urges road users, especially passengers using public transport, not to be held administratively liable for non-compliance with these requirements, as well as a special quarantine regime. They must wear medical masks to avoid re-hardening and avoid boarding public transport with a relatively large number of passengers, given the importance of maintaining as much social distance as possible on buses.
