However, postal services have the right to block a user's account. They do so on suspicion of hacking, sending "spam" or at the request of the state or relevant agencies. There are different ways to unlock it, depending on the reason for the block.
According to Gadin.Net, this was stated by Stanislav Kosarev, director of the IT Institute of Synergy University.
According to him, the blocking occurs more often when suspicious activity (trying to log in from a new place, check passwords) is observed in the postal service:
"The second common reason is mass shipments from personal mailboxes. In addition, if there are many complaints from address owners, you will fall into the "spam" situation. The third, least common reason is blocking at the request of government agencies and related departments.
Kosarev said that in this case, the box is locked to protect personal information:
"If you can no longer use the password, you must use a mobile phone to access the messages. When the above cases occur, a security code will be sent to your phone. Enter it in a special closed window and open your mail. This is the easiest way to prove that you own the mail. ”
The expert recommends that you contact the "support service" and write a letter if the phone is not connected in advance. According to him, as a rule, such issues are not considered after three days.
"In the past, the only way to record a secret question that you know the answer to was popular. Now, from the point of view of security, it is a wiser choice to use two-factor authentication, "Kosarev said.
