Joseph Keberl, an extreme enthusiast in Melk, Austria, broke the world record by sitting in a glass cabin full of ice for 2.5 hours.
Austrian ORF TV channel reported about it.
He said he wanted to draw the world's attention to the melting of glaciers.
After a two-and-a-half-hour test, Keberl said he wanted ice cream.
It was noted that he broke the record set last year in his hometown. In last year's test, Koberl was able to stay inside the cabin for two hours and eight minutes.
