The statement came from Murad Jamalzadeh, deputy head of the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Education, Gadin.Net reports quoting Trend.
According to him, the extension of the employment contract in this form rightly causes dissatisfaction among others and makes the principles of "general justice" the subject of discussion.
M. Jamalzadeh notes that one of the main issues is sometimes forgetting the moral factors when terminating employment contracts:
“We must take into account that we have teachers who have dedicated their lives to this art. Regardless of our legal background, it is difficult for those people to stay away from school. But there is something we can do to reduce this psychological trauma. We can say good-bye to those people. We, other members of the team and students can say kind words to them. I am sure that our deputy directors for educational work will also help in organizing this event. We can also cover this event on the social accounts of our schools. Even if our social conditions allow, we can organize a small bouquet of flowers. ”
