Garadagh District Police Office received information that a resident of the district infected with COVID-19 left his place of residence. Nabiyeva, a resident of the region, was treated at home due to a positive coronavirus test, but left in violation of quarantine rules.
According to the press service of the Interior Ministry, the Garadagh District Police Office found out that he worked as a salesman in the confectionery section of the Garadagh market in the district. The illegal act committed by E.Nabiyeva, who violated the quarantine rules and posed a serious threat to the health of citizens, was immediately prevented and returned to her address. The store was also closed, 35 people working in the market were sent to a medical institution for coronavirus testing, and the relevant agency was asked to disinfect the facility.
A criminal case was launched against Nabiyeva under Article 139.1-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and she was taken under police control.
