Gadgets can get hot if you don't have enough quality communication to make the app work. So when there is no access to high-speed Internet, applications send a lot of requests, so the phone gets very hot and the battery runs out quickly.
The statement came from Arseniy Sheltsin, director general of the Digital Platform autonomous non-profit organization in Russia, Gadin.Net reports quoting Prime.
According to him, the processor can overheat even when the smartphone is actively using various functions - Internet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS:
"Devices need a break and sometimes need to be turned off for a while."
The phone may also overheat due to software errors in the application, in which case the application must be closed.
"Overheating of the battery may be due to the use of a non-genuine charger or a battery failure," the expert added.
Sheltsin said that the ingress of water into the gadget could also cause overheating. According to him, in this case, the phone must be repaired.
