In order to be involved in the preparation of test assignments and other test materials to be used in the entrance examinations for foreign languages at the doctoral level, a doctor of philosophy or higher degree, or continuing or completing his doctoral or dissertation education individuals can apply. Experts must be fluent in a foreign language and able to work in Microsoft Office programs.
